Verifies x402 payment authorizations (EIP-3009 and the equivalent primitive on each non-EVM family) and settles them on-chain, so payers spend no gas. Serves 21 mainnet payment networks and 18 testnets across seven chain families, six stablecoins and five payment schemes. It charges no fee and never answers HTTP 402: it is the settlement layer other x402 services point at.
